1983年毕业于中国科学技术大学近代物理系,获理学学士学位。1988年在中国科学院高能物理所获理学硕士。1999年在中国科学院高能物理所获理学博士学位。1989年-1991年在联邦德国GSI任访问学者。1997年和2000年在欧洲核子研究中心任访问学者。高能物理研究所研究员/触发实验室负责人,中国科学院大学核科学与技术学院核电子学与探测技术教研室主任、岗位教授。核电子学与和探测技术分会专业副主任委员,中国电子学会国际合作委员会委员,国际电子与电气工程师学会(IEEE)   NPSS/CANPS 委员会委员/跨国委员会委员/RT09组委会主席,国际 PICMG XTCA for Physics 标准委员会执委/文档秘书。    

研究领域

 长期从事高能实验物理实验中的电子学设计,探测器研制,软件开发和数据分析等工作。参加了北京正负电子对撞机一期工程的北京谱仪簇射电子学的设计,在北京谱仪上工具软件开发等基础性工作中做出贡献并进行物理数据分析工作。在L3国际合作中对Tau激化不对称性的测量进行了系统研究。在L3C宇宙线试验中T0探测器研制和Z0数据的分析中发挥了关键作用。在德国ALADIN合作工作期间,承担了硅条探测器、Veto、Halo、TPMUSIC探测器的研制及触发系统的建立等项。2002年起在中国科学院研究生院承担《现代核电子学》课程的授课。
   在北京正负电子对撞机国家重点升级改造工程中,作为系统负责人主持并完成了触发判选系统的设计与建造。负责并从事PANDA国际合作组、BelleII国际合作、CMS国际合作中的电子学/触发/数据获取的工作,以及核仪器国际新标准XTCA的发起、研究与验证应用工作。发表论文和报告60余篇。
