研究领域

         研究领域为藻类学,研究方向为藻类分子生理学与精准分子育种。主要围绕海洋藻类的生物学过程及其与海洋环境之间的互作关系,聚焦藻类基因组编辑技术,研究环境因子与藻类代谢网络和光合碳同化路径互作机制,培育具有经济价值和生态修复功能的新种质,研发菌藻协同-暗光耦联高效利用海水高浓有机物的技术体系。

         目前主要研究内容为:(1)利用基因组编辑技术研究海洋模式硅藻尤其三角褐指藻的功能基因,阐明关键代谢过程的调控机制,构建以三角褐指藻为底盘细胞的合成生物学技术体系;(2)聚焦海洋大型经济海藻紫菜,研究复杂性状形成的遗传变异、表观变异和环境变异及三者间互作机制,阐明复杂性状精准调控的过程和机制,构建精准分子模块设计育种技术体系,创造高效利用自然资源、智能响应环境变化、适应生产方式变革及满足个性化需求的大型经济海藻设计品种。
