研究领域


主要从事基因组多样性研究。近期的研究重点是动物基因组进化与适应进化的遗传机制,家养动物基因组及人工驯化遗传机制,动物与人的遗传多样性等。

一、动物基因组进化与适应进化的遗传机制  生物进化就是生物不断适应环境的过程,其遗传机制是生物学上的基本问题。我们主要围绕能量代谢、信息感受与传导及食物消化系统等探讨动物适应其生态位的遗传机制。

二、家养动物基因组及人工驯化遗传机制  家养动物是人类社会发展到特定阶段的产物,在基因组水平上阐明东亚在家养动物起源中的地位及其人工驯化的遗传机制,不仅可为未来畜禽新品种的培育奠定科学基础,而且对了解人类进化的历史也有重要意义。

三、动物与人的遗传多样性  围绕全球生物多样性热点以及地球科学关注的焦点区域,选择代表动物类群,结合基因组信息技术发展,重建不同物种类别的进化历程、格局变化模式,探索古地质演化及环境、气候变动历史。同时了解人类自身的进化历程是我们不断探索的问题。我们在基因组水平研究现代人走出非洲之后的迁移历史及其对环境适应的遗传机制。
