研究领域

研究方向:珍稀食药用真菌活性次生代谢产物化学
   从事天然产物化学的研究工作。利用各种活性筛选方法结合现代色谱、光谱技术对我国多种特色天然药物资源(包括传统中药和民族药,海洋生物和食药用真菌)进行化学研究,获得了300余个天然产物(包括新结构的抗肿瘤先导化合物Lissoclibadins),为创新药物的研发提供了备选化合物,并为研究生物的互作和环境适应机制提供了化学分子探针。

近五年主要科研成果:
1:药用真菌鸟巢菌次级代谢产物的化学与生物活性研究

鸟巢菌中的若干种为药用真菌,可健脾止痛、消食化积、治胃病止胃痛(图1)。目前已完成了一株黑蛋巢菌(编号L38的非洲黑蛋巢菌)大米固体发酵产物的化学成分研究,分离得到38个鸟巢烷类二萜(图2),并开展了抗炎、抗菌和抗肿瘤活性成分研究(图3)。部分研究结果已发表在Fitoterapia,2013,84, 22-31。


2:
腐生、共生真菌新结构活性化合物

从西藏金耳共生的毛韧革菌获得19个新结构倍半萜,包括4个倍半萜杂合二聚体,4个多毛烷型倍半萜二聚体,2个三聚体,多靶点活性筛选发现化合物Sterhirsutins E-G具有较强的细胞毒活性;Sterhirsutin K具有自噬活性;Sterhirsutin G具有免疫抑制活性(Org. Lett. 2014, 16, 5092Org. Lett. 2015, 173098)。从高寒腐生粘褶菌获得3个具有细胞毒活性的新骨架甾体化合物 (Org. Lett. 2015, 172538)                                                                            

3:猴头菌降糖活性成分研究

从西藏猴头菌发现11个新结构的异吲哚琳酮化合物,部分化合物显示了较好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性(IC50, 5-25 μM)和PPARαγ受体激动活性(EC50, 0.06-2.17μM)(J. Nat. Prod.2015, 1, 146)。构效关系分析表明:苯环上的烷烃侧链和酚羟基是活性必须基团。
