研究领域

以假结核耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia pseudotuberculosis)、结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)等重要病原细菌为研究对象,对病原细菌重要基因的表达和功能调控及机理进行探讨,揭示病原细菌毒力与感染、潜伏与耐药、压力耐受等调控机理,寻找新的药物作用靶点。
