研究领域

    主要从事甲壳动物分子遗传学和免疫学研究。系统解析了三疣梭子蟹酚氧化酶原激活系统、补体凝集素途径和免疫效应分子抗菌肽,绘制了蟹类免疫调控网络,发现了补体途径参与的母源免疫过程;构建了中华绒螯蟹高密度遗传连锁图谱,基于性别偏向性基因表达谱,研究了雌雄参与能量代谢、免疫和繁殖调控等过程的差异基因,揭示了中华绒螯蟹性别二态性分子机制;破译了中华绒螯蟹染色体水平的全基因组图谱,揭示了中华绒螯蟹环境适应、短尾化变态发育和性别分化的调控机制,研究成果在Nature子刊Nature Communications上发表。

    共发表SCI论文58篇,近5年SCI他引600余次,其中发表第一作者和通讯作者论文SCI论文23篇(JCR一区18篇,累计影响因子77.534),授权发明专利6项、软件著作权1项,获批水产新品种1项。以共同一作(第2位)完成的NC文章自今年4月22日发表以来浏览次数超2000次;发表在Heredity的文章入选 2015年“ESI热点论文”。先后荣获青岛市自然科学二等奖(第2位)、海洋科学技术二等奖(第2位)、山东省自然科学三等奖(第3位)、辽宁省科技进步一等奖(第4位)、教育部科技进步二等奖(第5位)、宁波市科学技术二等奖(第5位)和中华农业科技一等奖(第7位)。
