以海洋生物资源为基础,深入开展海洋生物资源特别是糖类化合物的基础及应用基础研究,解决海洋糖类化合物创新药物与生物制品研究中的理论与技术问题,研究开发防治疾病的创新药物、功能食品及新型海洋生物制品,实现海洋生物资源的高值化利用。
