研究领域

蛋白磷酸化是重要的转录后修饰过程之一。蛋白激酶通过磷酸化调控底物蛋白的稳定性、活性、定位等性质,参与了几乎所有的生物学过程。相对于其它生物基因组,植物基因组中有更多的基因编码蛋白激酶,可能与植物细胞中更复杂的信号感受和转导机制有关。已知MAPK、CDPK、SnRK2/3等多个蛋白激酶家族参与了植物对于干旱、渗透胁迫、盐胁迫等非生物逆境的应答过程,但对于激活这些蛋白激酶的上游途径、这些蛋白激酶活性的调控、以及这些蛋白激酶下游的生物学过程仍缺乏了解。
      我们将以参与植物非生物逆境胁迫应答的蛋白激酶为研究对象,利用先进的磷酸化蛋白组学技术,在蛋白组水平鉴定参与的植物非生物胁迫应答过程的蛋白激酶的底物,构建参与非生物胁迫应答过程的蛋白激酶——底物调控网络,并解析蛋白激酶参与的下游生物学过程。针对一些重要的蛋白激酶——底物组合进行深入研究,通过遗传学、生物化学和细胞生物学研究方法解析蛋白激酶调控底物蛋白功能的分子机制。同时筛选并鉴定参与干旱、渗透、盐等非生物逆境应答的新的早期信号组分,研究植物感受和适应非生物胁迫的分子机制。
