Research Areas

1. Design and exploration of key materials of Zinc-based flow batteries: including the electrodes, the membranes and so on, in order to solve the issues of zinc dendrites, serious self-discharging reactions, and low reaction activity of Br2/br-couple.

      2. Design and fabrication of membrane materials for flow batteries: to conduct the structure design and optimization of memrane materials, and research their structure-performance relationship in flow batteries, so that to prepare high-performance and low cost membrane materials.
