研究领域

        目前的研究以海洋经济鱼类、模式动物斑马鱼及文昌鱼为研究对象,集中在上述动物早期胚胎发育过程中与经济性状密切相关的肌肉发育(骨骼肌及心肌)的分子机制及相关因子的进化。通过模式鱼类研究胚胎期肌肉的形成机制可以使我们更好地了解肌肉病症的分子机理,从而为治疗肌肉病症提供新的思路及方案;而经济鱼类的骨骼肌发育研究主要源于鱼类的骨骼肌生长的是鱼类生长的主要体现,通过对经济鱼类骨骼肌发育机制的探究,将有助于我们筛选或者人工编辑育种获取快速生长的鱼类,以及通过人工诱导鱼类快速生长,从而为我们提供更好更多的鱼类食品;
