1、1998.6 -2000.5中国科学院物理研究所作博士后;

2、2000.9受聘为中科院物理所副研究员;

3、2001.9-2004.8在香港大学物理系表面物理及中科院联合实验室作博士后研究;

4、2004.9-2006.3在日本名古屋工业大学作COE特别研究员并进而受聘为研究副教授(Research Associate Professor);

5、2005年6月聘为西北工业大学材料学院教授;

6、2006年入选中科院“****及引进海外杰出人才”进入中科院福建物质结构研究所,2008年6月通过中科院“****引进海外杰出人才”择优支持。
