基于机器学习/深度学习的脑疾病辅助诊断与预测,影像遗传研究,脑网络分析,医学图像分析

在Cerebral Cortex, NeuroImage, Schizophrenia Bulletin, Psychological Medicine等国际权威杂志和MICCAI等国际会议发表研究论文40余篇,主持国家自然基金2项。目前担任中国神经科学学会意识与意识障碍分会秘书长。
