研究领域

从事结构设计、合成、解析和多尺度晶体生长工作,围绕半导体材料探索宽带隙的非线性光学性能和窄带隙热/电输运性能,具体研究方向有:

1.基于高功率激光输出的市场需求,开展非心晶体结构设计、材料合成和非线性光学性能及大尺寸晶体生长的研究;

2.面向低温热电材料市场的高速增长,探索制冷用热电新材料;

3.面向集成电路高热量问题,制备微型热电制冷器件;

4.基于单晶开展本征热电输运性能探索,利用下降法、提拉法、气相输运法、区熔法和助熔剂等多种方法生长热/电输运单晶,
