研究领域

丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)细胞培养模型建立后,人们利用它对HCV的分子病毒学特质和病毒与宿主相互作用进行了全方位的研究。研究表明HCV通过结合多个受体分子而侵入宿主细胞,通过重组细胞内膜系统实现高效复制,最后在脂蛋白合成机制的帮助下完成组装。本研究组将基于以往的研究结果以HCV组装为中心,着重研究感染性病毒颗粒组装和释放过程中HCV与宿主脂类及脂蛋白的相互作用,进而探索控制HCV感染的新途径。
