结构生物学方向,从事与人类重大疾病密切相关的蛋白质及其复合物等生物大分子结构与功能的研究工作。

教育背景和工作经历

      教育背景和工作经历:于2000年从中国协和医科大学获博士学位后,在美国Johns Hopkins University从事博士后科研工作。2006年至2012年在中国科学院生物物理研究所生物大分子国家重点实验室工作,于2011年晋升为研究员。2012年9月至今在中国科学院高能物理研究所多学科研究中心任研究员。


     科研方面开展了基于大科学装置的生物大分子结构、功能与应用研究,以及创新硼药研发。在科学研究方面取得了一系列创新性研究成果以第一作者或者通讯作者身份NatureNature Structural & Molecular Biology、Nature CommunicationsNano TodayInternational Journal of Biological MacromoleculesMolecular Microbiology、Scientific Reports、Applied Microbiology and BiotechnologyActa Cryst D等国际知名SCI刊物上发表研究论文。


     在承担科研项目方面,作为课题负责人主持科研项目包括国家自然科学基金面上项目,中国科学院青年科技专项,并且作为主要负责人之一承担了国家重大基础研究计划。同时是国家自然科学基金评审专家国家青年973计划项目的专家顾问组和领域咨询专家组成员。目前兼任普利药业与中科院高能所合作医药创新研究中心副主任,主持一项新型硼中子俘获癌症治疗方向的横向课题。
