研究领域

本研究组目前主要从事人体致病真菌白念珠菌形态发生、致病机理、耐药机理和新药筛选等方面研究。目标是通过深入研究白念珠菌形态和毒性基因调控网络以及该菌与宿主的相互作用,揭示其致病机理,寻找新的抗真菌药物靶点,开发新型抗真菌药物。
白念珠菌是一种重要的人体机会性致病真菌,不仅可以导致浅部感染(如阴道炎和鹅口疮),也能导致致命性的深部感染(系统感染)。由于广谱抗菌素和免疫抑制剂的广泛使用,癌症化疗、器官移植和体内导管植入等医疗技术的应用,以及艾滋病的流行,白念珠菌感染已成为临床上日益严重的问题。
我们将通过以下三个方向的研究来揭示该菌的感染机理和寻找新的潜在药物靶点。
(1)白念珠菌形态发生和毒性表现的信号调控网络研究。越来越多的研究表明,该菌形态发生和其致病能力密切相关。我们将致力于发掘白念珠菌形态和毒性调控的关键基因和信号通路,揭示该菌致病分子机理。
(2)宿主环境因子对白念珠菌形态发生和致病性的影响。环境因素对于任何致病性真菌毒性表现都至关重要。我们的研究将有助于揭示白念珠菌毒性进化机理,增进对病原菌适应宿主环境的认识。
(3)白念珠菌与宿主相互作用研究。我们的研究将有助于增进对病原真菌和宿主共进化的认识和揭示白念珠菌的感染机理。
(4)人体病原真菌耐药机理和新药筛选研究。我们将致力于揭示真菌耐药的分子机理,并利用计算机模拟和高通量方法筛选和开发新型抗真菌药物。

黄广华于1999年毕业于西南农业大学(现已与西南师大合并,组建成西南大学),并获得农学学士学位。2006 年毕业于中科院上海生命科学研究院生化细胞所,并获得理学博士学位。随后到美国Wistar Institute和University of Iowa做博士后研究。2011年正式回国工作,并入选中科院“****”。
