研究领域

电化学发光生物分析、高效毛细管电泳和微流控芯片(芯片实验室)电化学发光分析
三联吡啶钌电化学发光分析是继放射分析、荧光分析、酶联分析和化学发光分析之后的一种迷人的免疫分析和核酸分析技术。它由于具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、抗干扰能力强、重现性好、分析速度快和试剂稳定等突出优点,而迅速被运用于基因组研究、蛋白质组研究和临床诊断。我们在这方面开展了较多的工作,同时我们也正探索基于适配子和纳米材料的电化学发光分析。发表了包括一篇Angew Chem.的VIP论文和一篇当月被评为Most read article的Anal. Chem.在内的系列论文。并应邀在Chem. Soc. Rev.撰写综述,该综述被评为“The top ten accessed articles from the online version of ChemSocRev During the month of July 2010”。

贵金属纳米材料电化学
纳米材料正在渗透到电分析化学的各个领域,如纳米电催化、纳米光电化学和生物传感器等,为电分析化学的发展提供了无数的机会。本研究小组将充分发挥电分析化学国家重点实验室在电化学和分析化学方面的各种优势,努力开展原创的、富有特色的研究,并已获得部分较好的成果。如在国际上首次合成了单分散的金和钯菱形十二面体纳米晶,首次将纳米多面体应用于电化学发光研究,观察到部分纳米多面体具有显著增强电化学发光作用,相关成果发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、ACS Nano、Chem. Commun.和Nano Scale等期刊上,其中发表在ACS Nano的论文被评为当月的Most read articles之一。部分成果在Nature Material、Angew. Chem.等多篇论文中得到应用,部分论文被Chem. Soc. Rev.、Nano Today等整段整图引用正面评价,并应邀在Nano Today撰写综述,该综述被评为Most downloaded articles。

Synthesis and applications of micro/nanospheres (高分子及微纳米球合成及其分析应用)
碳纳米角分析
我们课题组长期开展基于多种碳材料的电化学和电化学发光研究,包括单壁碳纳米角、碳纳米管、石墨烯、氧化石墨烯、碳纤维、碳球、多孔碳、碳糊、碳陶瓷、硼掺杂金刚石、玻碳和玻碳修饰电极等的研究。取得系列成果,包括率先开展了单壁碳纳米角电分析化学研究、基于石墨烯的电化学发光研究、基于碳陶瓷固相微萃取的电分析化学方法、运用铋修饰的具有很高析氢过电位的特殊碳糊电极的重金属检测方法、基于重氮盐电化学修饰的仿生膜制备方法和基于纳米多面体修饰的碳电极的电化学发光增强方法等研究。其中,单壁碳纳米角是一种特殊的角状的碳纳米管。纯的单壁碳纳米管价格十分昂贵,而高纯度的单壁碳纳米角价格比较便宜。单壁碳纳米角是用CO2激光消融石墨方法形成,单壁碳纳米角直径在角的尖端约为1-2 nm,在主体管部分约4-5 nm,长度在30-50nm。通常聚集体成直径约80-100 nm的球形聚集体,相邻管壁之间距离约0.4 nm。单壁碳纳米角生产中无需金属催化剂,具有纯度高、孔径大、分散易、有效面积大、成本低等优点。在许多方面如气体存储、药物释放等的得到应用。我们组率先开展了单壁碳纳米角在电化学分析和荧光分析的研究,观察到许多新颖的现象。应邀在Chem. Soc. Rev.和Nano Scale邀请撰写综述和应Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA邀请撰写书籍一章。
