  作为负责人主持和完成国家863计划重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目、军科委创新项目、装备预研重点项目、装发共性技术重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目、中科院知识创新工程重点部署项目等24项。已指导博士研究生16名,硕士研究生11名,其中多名研究生获得国际会议最佳学生论文奖、中科院优秀博士学位论文、中科院院长奖、优秀毕业生、国家奖学金、顶秀经学金、三好学生标兵、三好学生等奖励。在Phys. Rev. Lett.,Appl. Phys.Lett.,Phys.Rev.B,IEEE T. MTT,IEEE T. TST,IEEE T. GRS等国际著名学术期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇,目前论文共被SCI数据库他引千余次(多篇论文他引百余次),其中被JCR 1区他引146次,被Nature Materials(IF 35.749),Advanced Materials(IF 14.829)等材料学科的顶级学术期刊他引32次。出版学术专著一部,以第一完成人申请发明专利38项。项目成果荣获国家863计划展示成果1项,中国人民解放军科学技术进步奖1项,教育部自然科学进步奖1项。获卢嘉锡青年人才奖、菁青计划人才奖等荣誉称号。应邀在2015年The 5th International Conference on Advanced Science and Technology,2016年7th UK-China Workshop on Millimeter Waves and Terahertz Technologies&rdquo,2018年9th International Microwave Forum等国际学术会议上做大会邀请报告多次。本人在攻读博士学位期间曾荣获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖、中国科学院优秀博士论文、北京市优秀博士论文等荣誉。
