研究领域

研究方向一:发光陶瓷设计与制备以及其性能研究(国家重点研发计划、上海市经信委项目)

l  采用“能带工程”和“缺陷工程”对稀土离子掺杂的多组分石榴石结构闪烁材料的能带结构、缺陷能级与闪烁性能的关系进行模拟计算和优化,设计GYGAG闪烁陶瓷新体系,得到了光输出45300Ph/MeV,衰减时间33ns,余辉0.014%@20ms高性能闪烁陶瓷,确定其在X射线成像上具有巨大的应用前景。

l  以解决激光照明材料热问题为出发点,利用复相陶瓷合成技术引入高热导第二相,制备YAG/Al2O3以及GYAG/Al2O3复相陶瓷,热导率达到22 W·m1·K1,在温度达到300oC下,发光强度保持原来的84%,同时显著提高了显色指数光效,为今后复相荧光陶瓷应用激光照明以及激光显示领域奠定基础。

姜本学,男,山东青州人,中科院上海光机所研究员,博士生导师,激光与红外材料实验室主任,国防科技卓越科学基金获得者。主要研究方向为激光与光电子材料。 作为项目负责人承担1项国家重大专项、1项国家重点研发计划、3 项国家自然科学基金、2 项国家863 计划、2 项国防配套项目。已发表学术论文100 余篇,获得发明专利20 余项,合作出版《先进光功能透明陶瓷》专著1 本。
