研究领域

1. 干细胞与血液细胞再生(单核、粒系等白细胞)

基于多能干细胞(ESC/iPSC)谱系分化原理,结合基因编辑,获得可移植的造血干祖细胞种子,探索代替骨髓移植、治疗肿瘤、遗传病、感染、器官退行衰老、病理炎症等目的。


2. 干细胞与免疫细胞再生(T, B, NK等免疫细胞)

基于多能干细胞(ESC/iPSC)谱系分化原理,结合基因编辑,获得可移植的淋巴细胞祖细胞,模拟淋巴细胞发育微环境,进一步制备成熟的B, T, NK细胞。结合细胞疗法原理,探索治疗肿瘤和相关免疫疾病。

招生信息

生物学一级学科,方向是再生医学,每年招生名额2-3人(倾向招收国科大硕博连读学生)。

常年招收具有人类多能干细胞(hESC/iPSC)生物学、实验血液学、免疫学、生物材料科学背景的博士后。具有类器官培养、器官芯片、细胞永生化经验的优先。
