研究领域

1、利用合成生物学手段,特别是密码子扩展技术,改造病毒,制备更安全高效低毒的新一代疫苗。

2、通过密码子扩展技术,改造人的多能干细胞,实现对其增殖及分化方向的人为控制,建立多种疾病的体外模型。

3、分析肿瘤细胞表面特异性的多糖标志物,分析其合成及调控机制,用于肿瘤治疗手段的开发。
