Education

Received his B.S. degree in synoptic meteorology from Chengdu Institute of Meteorology (CIM, the former CUIT) in 1983, M.S. degree in climatic dynamics from Institute of Atmospheric Physics (IAP) of the Chinese Academy of Science in 1988,and Ph.D. degree in GPS meteorology from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2007.
