研究领域

1. 在复杂生物体系中去除高丰度蛋白质和富集低丰度蛋白质,发展相关通用性以及特异性技术与方法;
2. 发展多维、多模式、阵列式的蛋白质高效分离技术,构建相应的仪器平台,实现复杂生物样品体系中蛋白质的高效、高通量、高可靠性分离;
3. 制备新型整体材料,以整体材料为基质,发展新型在线微酶解反应器;
4. 发展高灵敏的液相色谱/质谱联用蛋白质鉴定的新技术新方法,提高低丰度蛋白质鉴定的灵敏度和准确度;
