研究领域

主要从事两个方向的研究:

1)种子分子遗传与基因工程:围绕油料种子(特别是双子叶胚乳型油料种子,如蓖麻、印加果、蒜头果等)在发育过程中高效累积特殊脂肪酸的遗传与分子机理,通过分子生物学、功能基因组学等研究手段,鉴别调控特殊脂肪酸形成的关键功能基因和调控因子、解析这些特殊脂肪酸生物合成的遗传与分子机理。同时,结合高通量测序和GWAS分析,解析蓖麻重要农艺性状发生的分子基础;

2)植物表观遗传与功能基因组学研究:围绕蓖麻种子基因印迹发生的遗传机理,通过分子生物学、功能基因组学等研究手段,解析基因印迹发生的分子机理与生物学意义。同时,解析蓖麻表观遗传对表型变化和适应性进化过程中分子调控机理。
