研究领域

       主要从事有机光电子材料与器件的研究与开发以及有机半导体中电子过程的研究,具体包括有机发光二极管材料与器件及其无源/有源显示器件、金属基极有机晶体管、有机晶体管的理论设计与驱动技术、电双稳和负微分电阻有机二极管、微腔有机发光二极管、有机激光器和载流子在有机半导体中的注入、传输、复合及其动力学过程。
