面向产业、城市、区域和全球等中宏观社会经济系统,建立基于物质代谢分析与生命周期评价的大数据平台和智能分析技术,模拟和预测城市化、工业化、信息化与全球化驱动下由人类活动导致的物质和能量的循环代谢,探索和识别循环代谢过程的特征、规律与机制,核算和分析物质与能量代谢导致的生态、环境及经济效应,为材料/产品的生态设计与绿色制造、城市与区域的绿色和循环发展、以及构建绿色/低碳贸易体系提供科学基础、决策依据和实施方案。
