1997-1999年在中国科技大学从事博士后研究工作,1999年被聘为副教授。2001-2002年在日本大阪产业技术综合研究所(JSPS)工作,2002-2004年在丹麦Risoe国家实验室从事合作研究,2005年加盟宁波材料技术与工程研究所
