研究领域

从事核分析技术在环境、生命科学及粒子物理领域应用研究。独立研制了新型掺钆液体闪烁体成功用于大亚湾反应堆中微子实验,是该项目最主要的创新点之一。近主要研究方向为人造纳米材料的生物效应与环境行为。首次发现通过电子转移可使纳米二氧化铈获得超氧化物歧化酶活性,为新型人工纳米酶的设计提供了依据。评价了纳米二氧化铈对多种模式生物,如大肠杆菌、秀丽隐杆线虫和大鼠、小鼠等的生物效应。系统研究了稀土氧化物纳米材料与植物的相互作用,发现纳米二氧化铈的生物转化现象,确定了转化条件,解释了纳米二氧化铈植物毒性种间差异的化学机制。
