主要研究方向:基于NMR方法的药物及靶标蛋白的相互作用研究

长期从事生物核磁共振的分析方法和应用研究,发展提高灵敏度和采样速度的NMR实验方法,研究与重要疾病相关的蛋白质及药物的溶液结构,相互作用和动力学性质,阐明蛋白质结构变化对生物功能的调控机制。在Nat. Commum.PNASJACSJMR等国际权威专业杂志上发表论文60余篇。
