简介

博士,研究员(三级),博士生导师,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院生物医药与技术研究所副所长,人体组织与器官退行性研究中心主任,国际先进材料协会会士(IAAM Fellow),广东省生物医用材料国际联合研究中心主任,广东省海洋生物材料工程技术中心主任,深圳市海洋生物医用材料重点实验室主任,香港大学荣誉教授,科技部“十四五”重点研发计划重点专项首席科学家,三度入选全球前 2%顶尖科学家榜单(斯坦福大学评出)。兼任中国医促会理事,骨科生物材料学部主任委员;中国生物材料学会理事,海洋生物材料分会侯任主任委员,生物陶瓷分会副主任委员等国内 9 个学术委员会职务。长期从事骨科生物医用材料研究,提出了“碱性微环境可调控骨稳态”的科学观点,为新型骨科生物材料设计提供了重要理论基础。先后发表论文 180 余篇,包括 Progress in Materials Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials,Advanced Science, Research, Bioactive Materials, ACS Applied Materials Interface, Acta Biomaterialia 等,SCI 他引 7000 余次,单篇最高引用 342 次。撰写英文专著 Developments and Application of Calcium Phosphate Bone Cement 碱性微环境章节,参与编辑两部教育部生物医用材料丛书,担任《海洋生物材料》副主编和《生物复合材料》编委。担任 SCI 期刊Materials Express 杂志副主编,以及 4 本国际期刊编委,包括 Bioactive Materials, Journal of Orthopedics Translation, Journal of Osteoporosis and Physical Activity, Biomedical Glass。授权发明专利 28 项,其中 13 项专利已转让企业(无形资产入股作价 666 万)。先后主持科技部重点研发计划,国家基金委广东联合基金重点、NSFC-RGC 联合基金、面上基金,中科院前沿重点及地方项目二十多项目。承担了科技部生物医用材料与植入器械创新示范基地建设,促进了我国高端高值生物医用材料“产学研医金”链条建设。孵化了高新技术企业深圳市中科海世御生物科技有限公司,促进了科学理念的成果转化。目前已开发了 10 多种创伤修复三类医疗器械产品,获得了风险投资及政府引导资金 6000余万元,实现了微创骨修复产品、天然骨填充产品、3D 打印骨修复产品、慢性创面修复产品以及急性创伤止血产品体系的构建和成果转化,多项产品已完成临床前评价。2021年,为了进一步加强与临床合作和成果转化,担任深圳市龙华中心医院中心实验室联席中心主任,将科学理念和临床实践相结合,开创了科研门诊,将临床问题与基础研究相结合,提出了针对再生医学的多种临床解决思路与科研转化路径,为科研院所与临床密切合作建立了有效途径。
