1. 胶体纳米晶光物理性质研究及应用
开发环境友好、发光效率高、光谱易调谐的新型纳米晶材料;研究胶体纳米晶的发光调控机制;开发胶体纳米晶的新应用。
2. 光电、光催化材料载流子动力学
研究新型光电、光催化材料体系光生载流子动力学。包括载流子生成、热载流子冷却、缺陷态对载流子弛豫的影响、及载流子的复合、分离、界面传输等。
3. 高性能光电探测器
构建高灵敏及快速响应的光电探测器,并研究器件在真实工作状态下的载流子动力学。
