男,1965年生于安徽萧县。1988年毕业于北京大学,1999年于中科院地质所获理学博士学位。现任中国科学院青藏高原研究所研究员,学位委员会副主任,所长助理,中国科学院大陆碰撞与高原隆升重点实验室主任。美国亚利桑那大学地质系Adjunct Professor。青藏高原研究会副秘书长,地质学会构造地质与地球动力学委员会副主任。曾获首届(1995)青藏高原青年科技奖, 2006年获构造地质学国家杰出青年科学基金,2010年国土资源部科学技术一等奖,获2012年国土资源部“青藏高原地质理论创新与找矿重大突破先进个人”称号。中科院“百人工程”获得者,入选“百千万”人才工程国家级专家(2007),享受政府特殊津贴(2009)。主要研究方向为构造地质学,Ar/Ar, U-Th/He及裂变径迹年代学,主要从事青藏高原研究,对印度与欧亚大陆的碰撞及青藏高原的形成、隆升等做出了系统性和创新性的学术贡献。截至2015年发表相关SCI论文110多篇,SCI引用3983次,其中他引3630次。是中国科学,岩石学报,地质科学、岩石与矿物学杂志编委。曾经承担了国家973863,国家自然科学基金重大项目及中科院青藏高原专项,知识创新重点,国家重点研发计划等多项科研项目。


研究领域

专业为构造地质学与板块构造。从事印度与欧亚大陆碰撞,青藏高原形成与隆升过程,俯冲与碰撞成矿背景等方面研究。
