研究领域

主要从事过渡金属催化的有机合成方法学与均相催化(不对称催化)化学研究。同时进行精细化工和医药中间体生产技术开发研究。 

惰性化学键的催化活化-导向有机合成方法学 
惰性化学键的活化与转化是有机化学研究的热点领域。我们侧重研究基于过渡金属催化的碳-氢键和碳-硫键活化的化学转化和官能团化,由此研究各种碳-碳键的形成反应,合成功能有机化合物。芳烃的直接芳基化、烯基化和吲哚的官能团化是我们研究的重点。研究相关的不对称催化合成。

高活性过渡金属配合物催化剂研究
研究含吡啶骨架的非膦N3型有机配体如2,6-二(吡唑基)吡啶、2-吡唑基-6-烯胺基吡啶和氮杂环卡宾(NHC)等配体。手性中心也可以被引入配体中。主要研究非对称N3型配体,其具有如下特征:三齿、除含有配位能力较好的吡啶氮原子以外同时含有一配位能力较强的配位原子与另一配位能力相对较弱的配位原子。对涉及配体解离的催化过程而言,有机金属配合物做催化剂时,配合物的稳定性(需要较强的配位中心与金属配位)与催化活性(要求具有相对较弱配位能力的配体容易解离)之间的平衡就要靠这样的多齿配体来维持。本课题主要研究合成配体的过渡金属配合物和笼状过渡金属配合物以及它们在有机催化反应(或超分子催化反应)中的应用。将手性基团引入配体分子中得到非膦手性配体,由此研究其过渡金属配合物催化剂促进的不对称催化反应

招生信息

本方向每年可以招收硕博连读研究生1人(本科起点)或硕士起点博士研究生1人。我们接受免试推荐的保送硕士研究生(有意向的应届本科毕业生需要在每年九月上旬左右递交申请材料),研究生实行硕博连读制。硕士起点博士研究生招生报名时间为每年12月份-来年2月份,来年3月中下旬参加入学考试(考试科目:英语,高等有机合成和有机化学反应机理),9月初入学。研究生在学期间免学费;在实验室工作期间,硕士研究生奖学金最低3400元/月以上,博士研究生奖学金最低5400元/月以上。
