研究领域

鲸类保护遗传学与分子生态学,鲸类微生物组学与病原菌。

研究兴趣

保护遗传学(围绕长江江豚物种保护工作的需要,较系统地开展遗传标记开发、遗传多样性评估、遗传结构与种群历史分析、亲子鉴定与遗传谱系构建、迁地保护种群的遗传监测与种群管理、种群衰退的遗传学机理等保护遗传学研究,从遗传学角度为该濒危种群的保护和管理提供理论依据);分子生态学(以长江江豚为研究对象,利用遗传学手段开展配偶选择机制、社群行为等分子生态学研究);适应性进化(从基因、基因组、转录组等不同层面探索鲸类的种群遗传分化与适应性进化);微生物组学与致病菌鉴定研究(系统开展江豚肠道和呼吸道微生物组学以及致病菌鉴定研究,为迁地保护群体和人工繁养群体的健康监测和种群管理以及疾病诊断与预防提供科学依据)
