个人简介
长期从事植物病毒学和植物生物技术的基础研究和应用基础研究。完成了花椰菜花叶病毒(新疆株)和水稻黄矮病毒基因组全序列分析,确定了植物弹病毒负责细胞间运动的蛋白。研制成同时抗烟草花叶病毒和黄瓜花叶病毒的转基因烟草,在种植时间和规模上曾居国际领先;同样的策略还用于抗病毒辣椒的研制。在植物生物技术的基础研究方面,分析和改造了花椰菜花叶病毒35S启动子,研究结果被广泛应用;阐明了利用人工小RNA抵抗植物病毒侵染的新策略。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文90余篇。1987年以来获中国科学院科技进步一等奖2项,中国科学院科技进步二等奖3项,河南省科学进步二等奖1项;1994年获国家“有突出贡献的中青年专家”称号;2005年获何梁何利“科学与技术进步奖”。
