Research Areas

  1. Biogeochemical cycling of phosphorus (P) in mountain ecosystems, focusing on mechanisms of soil organic P during the development of primary vegetation succession and along altitudinal gradients.
  2. Weathering of minerals, development of soil and biogeochemical cycling of essential nutrients and their relationships with establishment of vegetation during the initial stage of development of ecosystems.
