       率先利用燃烧合成制备了纳米晶Fe3Al材料,推动和发展了该项技术,成功制备多种高强高韧纳米晶材料,并且较系统地研究了其摩擦学性能;系统研究了高强度Fe-Al基金属间化合物及其复合材料的制备和摩擦学性能;制备了同时具有高强度和优异宽温域润滑性能的镍基高温自润滑复合材料;发现了MAX相Ti3AlC2陶瓷在一定真空范围具有优异的自润滑性能,提出了自润滑机制;所研制材料成功获得型号装备应用。研究结果在Adv Mater、Acta Mater、Scripta Mater、Intermetallics和Wear等国际知名期刊合作发表SCI收录论文80余篇,第一和通讯作者40余篇,合作申报中国发明专利23件,其中授权8件,撰写英文专著1章,作了第六届青年摩擦学大会特邀报告(2013,青岛)和国际学术会议分会邀请报告1次(BIT’s 1st Annual world Congress of Nano-S&T 2011)。
