研究领域

A、淡水藻类分类与系统发育,类群包括淡水绿藻门、甲藻门等,通过分离培养、超微形态、分子系统学手段等对重要类群进行分类学整理,探讨其系统发育与演化;

B、淡水藻类生态学:浮游藻类/底栖藻类群落结构的变化规律及环境因子对其的影响;

C、微藻生物技术:经济微藻的藻种分离及资源评价。


个人简介

中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员/博士生导师。中国孢子植物编辑委员会委员、中国藻类学会理事。长期从事淡水藻类分类区系与系统发育研究。对我国淡水真核藻类甲藻门、隐藻门,特别绿藻门一些重点类群如鞘藻目、刚毛藻目、橘色藻目、广义绿球藻目、胶毛藻目和衣藻目等进行了基于包括生活史、超微结构等形态数据和分子数据相结合的分类学和系统发育研究,重新确立了一些重要物种的系统学位置和相关类群分类整理。先后发表学术论文100多篇,其中以第一或通信作者的SCI刊源70余篇,主编《中国淡水藻志》1册。发表淡水藻类新目1个,新属11个,新种(变种)66个。主持国家自然基金面上项目6项、科技部基础性工作专项课题及生态环境部生物多样性调查与评估等其它各级科研项目。
