研究领域

目前研究领域:

1.针对细胞及信号通路的骨科基础性研究,包括骨组织来源多肽激素在糖代谢中的作用,对骨及其他组织生长代谢的调控,趋化因子、生长因子等对巨噬细胞、间充质干细胞的体内、体外调控研究等。利用分子细胞生物学、分子医学影像学、小动物体内成像、实验动物模型等手段,研究在骨裂解及骨形成中起重要作用的细胞如成骨细胞、破骨细胞、巨噬细胞及间充质干细胞等在其中的作用;希望能够通过对某些分子细胞调控机制,控制相关细胞对骨组织重建的参与,优化骨组织的重建。

2. 多肽类激素是动物体内的重要调控因子,参与多种代谢与调节途径。G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)拥有一大类多肽受体,在细胞膜表面信号传导中具有重要作用。本课题组发现的一个小分子多肽具有调节胰岛beta-细胞分泌胰岛素的作用,在机体能量代谢方面有作用,目前正在深入研究中。
