(1)开发以生物质谱为核心的多种蛋白质组学的分析技术和方法;
(2)发展适用于生物样品和临床样品的新型糖组学的分析技术和方法;
(3)在蛋白质组学和糖组学分析技术的基础上,主要开展针对蛋白质及其翻译后修饰的表达调控及其在人体功能和临床疾病中的作用机制的研究。
