Set up a multiprobe UHV system equipped with HREELS, STM, PES and LEED.
Growth of quantum dots, metal thin films and oxide films; Focusing on surface structures and local electronic properties by state-of-the-art techniques (HREELS, VT-STM, LEED and PES).
