尹志刚,1986年生于湖北,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中科院海西研究院“**”、中科院青促会会员、福建省杰出青年基金获得者、福建省高层次人才。2008年西安工业大学获学士学位,2011年福州大学获硕士学位,2017年中科院福建物质结构研究所(中国科学院大学)获博士学位,2018-2020年留学德国分别在柏林洪堡大学、马普学会Fritz-Haber研究所任访问学者和访问教授。2011年进入中科院福建物构所工作至今,在结构化学国家重点实验室历任研究实习员、助理研究员、副研究员,2018年破格晋升研究员。主持国家自然科学基金面上、福建省杰出青年基金等10多项,作为核心骨干参与国家自然科学基金联合重点课题、中科院重点项目等10多项。

主要从事光电材料及器件的研究(包括有机太阳能电池、晶体管、传感器、探测器等),至今在Adv. Energy Mater.Adv. Sci.Adv. Funct. Mater.Energy Environ. Sci.Adv. Mater.Nano Energy等权威刊物发表SCI 论文50多篇,撰写Springer英文专著章节1部。受邀担任多个国际期刊编委和Wiley、ACS、RSC、Elsevier等的60多个国际知名期刊审稿人。2015年入选中科院“青年创新促进会”,2016 年入选中科院海西研究院“春苗”人才并获结构化学国家重点实验室优秀青年课题,2018年入选中科院海西研究院“海燕”人才计划,2019年获福建省杰出青年基金,2021年被认定为福建省级高层次人才,2022年获福建省自然科学奖。
