应用液体核磁共振波谱技术研究生物大分子的结构、动力学性质和相互作用,研究方向包括:基因转录过程中蛋白质-DNA、蛋白质-蛋白质复合物的组装和调控机制;磷酸化修饰调控蛋白质构象变化和蛋白质-蛋白质间相互作用;致病基因突变诱发蛋白质结构和功能改变的机理等。
