渗流模型是关于相变的最简单的概率模型, 其研究对其他相变模型有重要影响. 近年来, 二维临界渗流的研究取得突破性进展, 特别是Schramm-Loewner evolution的提出, 三角网格上的临界点渗流的尺度极限存在且共形不变的证明以及正方形网格上的临界random-cluster model大尺度性质旋转不变的证明. Werner, Smirnov, Duminil-Copin因相关工作分别于2006年, 2010年, 2022年荣获菲尔兹奖.
