长期从事微波遥感领域的新技术研究工作，目前主要研究领域为干涉式被动微波、毫米波/太赫兹成像技术及其在定量遥感、目标探测与环境感知等方面的应用。研究兴趣包括干涉式被动微波成像机理，综合孔径微波辐射计的系统设计、性能分析与仿真、成像算法及定标技术，主被动联合微波遥感技术，超高稳定度微波辐射计技术、数字微波辐射计技术，以及基于气象模式与辐射传输模型的地物微波亮温仿真技术等。
