我们能给化学反应拍“电影”:
利用目前的前沿技术,包括飞秒时间分辨的气相质谱技术、气相光电子影像技术、液体束质谱技术、液体束能谱或影像技术等,可以在气相与溶液相环境中通过拍摄“分子电影”来研究分子的光谱及激发态非绝热动力学过程,例如,可以研究在紫外光辐射下DNA的光化学稳定性(光物理保护与光化学损伤),理解生物是如何进化发展出有效的紫外光损伤保护机制,有助于进一步理解紫外辐射诱导的新型基因突变及疾病产生的本质;还可以进一步研究紫外光辐射受损伤的DNA是如何通过修复酶的作用进行修复的分子机制;亦可进而研究新型的天然防晒霜分子的防晒机制及开发新型防晒霜。
