Experience

Work Experience

He conducted research at the Institute of Agricultural Product Processing, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (Zhanjiang China); the Institute for Frontier Materials, Deakin University (Geelong Australia); the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, Czech Academy of Sciences (Prague Czech Republic); and the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source, STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (Harwell, United Kingdom). He also carried out short- to medium-term academic exchanges at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie ( Berlin Germany) and Uppsala University (Uppsala Sweden). In 2022, he officially joined the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he has been involving in the operation and construction of the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). Currently, he oversees the operation, management, and technical support for all open laboratories for neutron users and in-house scientists. On the engineering side, he is responsible for the CSNS-II experimental support system (project leader) and also serves as a key member for the CSNS-II liquid neutron reflectometer system. In terms of scientific research, he has led or acted as a key member participated in projects funded by the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, the Guangdong Provincial and Municipal Joint Fund for Basic and Applied Basic Research, Mega programs of Guangdong's basic and applied basic research, and the National Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, etc.
