主要关注植物生态学（苔藓植物为主）、微生物生态学和生物多样性保护等领域。研究内容包括：1）宿主功能性状和外界环境对叶际微生物的群落构建影响机制； 2）热带高山生态系统苔藓叶际微生物的生态功能； 3）人类活动（采矿为主）的场区外生态影响与生物多样性保护。目前主要有两个方向：1）全球尺度的人类活动与生物多样性保护，专注在采矿等活动，需要善于GIS等数据分析；2）马来西亚Kinabalu山和西双版纳热带地区的微生物与苔藓植物的相互作用，探究微生物在苔藓适应不同环境的作用。欢迎感兴趣的同学报名，让我们一起享受认识和研究大自然的快乐。
