What we are doing

1. Vaccine adjuvant: Rational design of the physiochemical properties of the vehicles, such as lipid nanoparticle, Pickering emulsion or the hybrid new delivery systems; Unravelling the underlying mechanisms and improving the delivery efficacy by strengthening on the multi-scale delivery process, including tissue targeting, trans-membrane delivery and intracellular fate of the delivered cargos;

2. Mucosal vaccines: Designing delivery systems for intranasal, oral, and nebulization vaccines. 

3. Targeted delivery systems for mRNA: Tuning the ionizable lipid and formulation of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and non-LNP delivery systems for extrahepatic targeting and posterior ocular delivery. 

4. Process and reactor for large-scale production of nanoparticleImpinging-reactor design and process optimizations for the large-scale production of lipid nanoparticle (LNP)
