研究简介

蕨类植物作为生物进化的重要分支,在生态系统中发挥着不可替代的作用。研究团队以传统分类学为基础,结合分子系统学、生物地理学和细胞学等多学科方法,围绕部分关键类群及生物多样性热点地区,开展系统的蕨类植物多样性研究。


研究团队已前往我国多数省份、以及越南、泰国、老挝、尼泊尔等国开展了大量的野外考察,采集标本万余号,同时收集了对应的数字照片和实验材料。完了高黎贡山、金平分水岭国家自然保护区、河口县、大力苍山和跨境西隆山的蕨类植物名录编写。


截至目前,研究团队与国内外同行合作共同发表了学术论文79篇,其中SCI收录论文77篇;团队负责人作为副主编参与编写学术专著4部。研究成果包括构建了瓶尔小草科(Ophioglossaceae)、凤尾蕨亚科(Pteridoideae)、瓦韦族(Lepisoreae)、薄唇蕨属(Leptochilus)、叉蕨属(Tectaria)等类群的全球系统发育框架;首次结合系统发育和形态学等证据,提出了凤尾蕨属(Pteris)与叉蕨属新的属下分类系统。发表蕨类植物2个新科、11个新属、47个新种及50个新组合。
